Welcome to Cafe & Bar 76<\/strong> (\u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d \u201cour\u201d). By visiting our premises, using our services, or attending events, you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms are designed to protect both guests and Cafe & Bar 76, ensuring safe, lawful, and enjoyable experiences.<\/p>

2. Alcohol Service & Licensing<\/strong><\/h2>

  • Cafe & Bar 76 holds a valid alcohol license under German law.<\/p><\/li>

  • Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests aged 18 or older<\/strong>. Identification may be requested at any time.<\/p><\/li>

  • Guests under 18 are strictly prohibited<\/strong> from purchasing or consuming alcohol on the premises.<\/p><\/li>

  • Cafe & Bar 76 is fully compliant with all youth protection laws, and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears underage or violates these rules.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    3. Youth Protection<\/strong><\/h2>

    • Minors are allowed on premises only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.<\/p><\/li>

    • Alcohol, smoking, or other age-restricted activities are prohibited for minors.<\/p><\/li>

    • Any violation by a minor does not create liability for Cafe & Bar 76<\/strong>, and the responsible adult will be held accountable.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      4. Guest Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>

      • Guests must respect staff, other patrons, and property.<\/p><\/li>

      • Disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior may result in being asked to leave.<\/p><\/li>

      • Cafe & Bar 76 is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage caused by a guest\u2019s actions or third parties.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        5. Reservations & Events<\/strong><\/h2>

        • Reservations are subject to availability and may be modified or canceled by the cafe without liability.<\/p><\/li>

        • Event participation is at the guest\u2019s discretion; Cafe & Bar 76 is not responsible for personal decisions or outcomes during events.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          6. Menu & Pricing<\/strong><\/h2>

          • Menu items, availability, and prices are subject to change without notice.<\/p><\/li>

          • Any errors in pricing or descriptions do not create obligation or liability<\/strong> for the cafe.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            7. Payments & Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>

            • All charges must be paid in full.<\/p><\/li>

            • Refunds are discretionary and do not create legal obligations<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              8. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h2>

              • Cafe & Bar 76 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.<\/p><\/li>

              • Any dispute or complaint will not result in penalties, fines, or harm to the cafe beyond legal remedies allowed under German law.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                9. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h2>

                • All website content, logos, and promotional material belong to Cafe & Bar 76.<\/p><\/li>

                • Unauthorized use is prohibited.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
