6. Menu & Pricing

  • Menu items, availability, and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Any errors in pricing or descriptions do not create obligation or liability for the cafe.

7. Payments & Refunds

  • All charges must be paid in full.

  • Refunds are discretionary and do not create legal obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Cafe & Bar 76 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Any dispute or complaint will not result in penalties, fines, or harm to the cafe beyond legal remedies allowed under German law.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, logos, and promotional material belong to Cafe & Bar 76.

  • Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Guest information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
